I wanted to say thank you to all of those who have dropped by to say hello. Last night I was in a sewing mood after I had gone through my fabric. I really enjoyed making the cutlery roll a few weeks ago and thought some Japanese fabric I had would be perfect. So here it is.
Leave a comment on this post by Sunday 27 March when I will choose a winner at random.
There is room for you to put 4 pieces of cutlery and a serviette.
My machine is badly in need of a service so please don't look too closely at the stitching.
Thanks again for stopping by and leaving so many lovely comments.
Take care.
It's a nice little picnic pack!
ReplyDeleteI admire anyone who can sew .... lovely setting.
ReplyDeleteCan you try to email me again? I think I could have had it set up wrongly - it's scrapwendy@gmail.com - see if that works. Cheers Wendy
Those are cute! I'll leave a message, I'd like the win the instructions on how to make them ;) Could a beginner make them?
ReplyDeleteHonestly Good Food, this is certainly a project for a beginner. It involves about 8 lines of straight stitch. I'll try to get some instructions to you on the weekend.
ReplyDeleteBruise Mouse you've got a lovely blog, it's a pleasure to visit :-)
ReplyDelete...and your cutlery roll is very cool.
Fantastic! I often use chopsticks to eat my lunch because they are so handy. I get some strange looks here (my co workers are "in the box" with those sorts of things).
ReplyDeletelove that material. I've just been gifted with a secondhand sewing machine and looking forward to giving it a try. (dreading it as well...not sure I have patience enough for sewing--wish me luck!)
